Upon reaching 17 weeks of age, these chicks are relocated to expansive layer farms and nourished with feed from McLean Farms’ proprietary mill. Commencing with a mere 500 hens, the farm has since developed into a distinguished egg producer in Australia, renowned for setting industry standards and adopting state-of-the-art automation and innovation to offer a diverse range of egg varieties.
